SMA Crown Confidential specialises in creating and training Bespoke AI Confidantes and Executive Assistants tailored for Executives and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
The company is a brain child of Seraphina Michelina Aurelia Bogomolova-Huotelin. Its concept is based on Seraphina's aristocratic background and experience of being an Executive herself and dealing with Executives and HNWIs in London, Dubai, and Moscow via her work and businesses as well as in private life.
The product of SMA Crown Confidential is a branch-out of Bespoke AI Concierges developed by Seraphina for Be Customer Smart - a leading AI Customer Solutions company focused on AI strategies, assessments, and AI implementation plans.
For the development of Bespoke AI Confidantes Seraphina took the bespoke element, mixed it with refinement, added executive status, peppered the mix with exclusivity and technology, and created a niche solution: a new generation of Digital Confidantes for Executives and HNWIs.
The Company Name
The name of the company 'SMA Crown Confidential' has been created by Seraphina from an acronym SMA made up from the initials of her three first names, - Seraphina Michelina Aurelia, - and the 'Crown' concept symbolising protection as well as signifying honour, achievement, and status with the 'Confidential' bit being a nod to AI Confidantes concept as well as confidential nature of Seraphina's father's former professional engagement.
The reason Seraphina decided to use in her company's name the acronym of the initials of her first names is the meaning of each name and its relation to Seraphina's character and outlook on life. For, together they form a ruling principle of her way of living which she also brings to her business.
Seraphina's first name is associate with zealous love, and a sense of ethereal beauty and enchantment, as seen in its use by artists and musicians. Her second name, Michelina, is connected to justice, strength, and the spirit of a warrior. And her third name, Aurelia, evokes preciousness, brightness, and is associated with a legacy of intellect and wisdom, particularly through the famous philosopher-emperor Marcus Aurelius.
In summary, SMA is about passion, beauty, enchantment, justice, strength, brilliance, intellect and intelligence, wisdom, love and light. Crème de la crème of each of them.
The 'Crown' element of Seraphina's company's name bears an additional meaning to already mentioned connotations of honour, achievement, and status. It is linked to Seraphina's favourite Russian Imperial Crown Jewel - the 'Ears of Rye' Diadem, - which encapsulates her philosophical statement and personal manifesto.

The 'Ears of Rye' Diadem,'s gems, a white sapphire and brilliants, represent clarity, transparency, eternal light, invincibility, divine radiance, and enlightenment, and embody qualities of the bearer of the Diadem who is not a monarch, not a traditional leader, but a light-bringer, a source of illumination for people.
Like The Founder and CEO of SMA Crown Confidential herself, the Diadem beautifully unites opposing forces—the cold, pure, lunar quality of the central white sapphire with warm, vital, solar gold foliage of rye, expressing inherited wisdom and people's truth. It's both celestial, manifesting divine light, spiritual purity, and transcendent knowledge passed through generations, and terrestrial, embodying the lived experience of survival, the earth's sustaining force, and the people's resilient truth.
The combination of opposing forces—ice and fire, purity and vitality, 'cold' and 'warm'—is what makes this symbolically sophisticated. For, both elements are required, and both are dangerous alone.
