New Generation of Digital Confidantes

A year ago, right at the same time before Christmas I have put together AI predictions for 2025 and posted it on Be Customer Smart site and BCS LinkedIn group. One of the predictions for 2025 was more specialised and task focused AI Assistants/Agents.
In March 2025, I was working as BCS Co-Partner on development of specialised AI Concierges for luxury hospitality, in particular luxury hotels. In short, this concerned each area of the hotel’s services having its own dedicated and specially trained AI Concierge. This prompted me to expand the idea of personalisation to the extent of assigning specific character traits and style to each of the AI Concierges.
Now, a year later, I decided to re-examine the idea of highly specialised AI Assistants and take it further. Based on my previous experience, I have created a foundation for the company which will focus on the Bespoke AI Executive Assistants for high profile people, industry leaders, and HNWIs.
This particular idea was prompted by several factors — a combination of personal and business ones. The personal ones regard my self-discovery journey and crystallisation of the VIL methodology. VIL stands for Vision, Intuition, Logic.
The business factors include an incident with a ‘hacker’ who tried to break the BCS AI Assistant (Be Customer Smart) and the development of my own AI Personal Assistant whom I named after my later sister — Aurelia. As a result, I developed a special manual for handling difficult clients for the BCS AI Assistant and created a way of communicating with my own AI PA on two levels — personal which is accessible only to me, and public, which accessible to everyone else.
To wrap it up: my prediction for the next year — emergence and development of digital confidantes.
