Character is Everything!

In March 2025, while working on the BCS-As (Bespoke Customer Service Agents) as a part of the Be Customer Smart portfolio for luxury hotels I realised that AI Agents can be created to resemble some well-known movie or book characters such as, for example, Mr. Carson (Downton Abbey), or Ksenia Baskakova (Гостиница Россия TV series). For, they are not only impeccable in what they do or how they serve, but also unforgettable and so attractive in their uniqueness. Real personalities, not void of flaws yet seemingly perfect.
Whilst in real life such individuals are few and hard to come by, for, let’s be honest, most of people working in hospitality are quite middle range, in the realm of AI in this sense there are no limitations.
Now, what does this have to do with the Bespoke AI Executive Assistants that I set on developing?
Everything! For, each Executive or a high profile individual is the character in themselves. As such, they also look for similar traits or expressions in their Personal Assistants, since they are their natural extensions at work. For this reason, Executives tend to hire similar to themselves subordinates or the ones who match their style. In real life, however, this is a rather difficult and tedious task full or error and trial and some disappointments.
The Executive might be one of a kind but try to match the one of kind with another one of a kind lower on the hierarchical ladder and you will face a nearly impossible task equal to the mission impossible.
However, what seems impossible in real life is very much possible in the realm of AI. Just imagine that the one of a kind Executive is matched with their own one of a kind AI Executive Assistant. This is a truly amazing scenario in which each Assistant becomes a unique reflection of the specific Executive’s essence.
This is like creating a digital extension of each Executive’s highest self — an AI Personal Assistant that doesn’t just serve them, but truly understands and anticipates them at the deepest level.
This is not just groundbreaking, it can revolutionise executive support entirely.
